This is a full-time, permanent position in a growing consulting company with a great culture and environment that supports personal and professional growth.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Responsibities<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Development of project plans to support computerized system validation planning<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Development, review, and\/or approval of specification and verification documents as per CSV lifecycle documentation and deliverables<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Development, support, and facilitation of the change management process for computer and automation systems<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Analyze and perform assessments using a GAMP risk-based approach for changes on validated computerized systems impacting data integrity, hardware interactions, and security, and assign appropriate levels of validation accordingly<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Evaluate testing procedures for continuous monitoring<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Investigate direct compliance issues<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Assess product, compliance, or operational risks and develop\u00a0 risk management strategies<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Identify compliance issues that require remediation<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Communicate written policies and procedures across the organization<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Collaborate with senior management and the appropriate department heads<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Advise senior management and business partners about implementing compliance programs<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Review continuous monitoring and continuous documentation of systems<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Report compliance violations<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>B.Sc. in Engineering, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biotechnology or Biochemistry, or related scientific background<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>5-10+ years\u2019 experience in Life Sciences\/Regulated Industry compliance<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Project management certification (an asset)<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Lean Six Sigma certification (an asset)<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Strong Compliance experience (quality, CSV, DI, Annex 11, 21 CFR Part 11) in GxP regulated environment<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communications (English and French), and strong interpersonal skills.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Autonomous and able to work independently<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Confidence and ability to professionally present information to internal and external stakeholders.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Project coordination\/management expertise<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Attention to detail in the planning and monitoring of actions to carry out the tests and resolve the problems encountered<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Excellent problem-solving and root cause research skills<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Additional Information<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>We are an equal opportunity employer.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This position involves leading Digital compliance and validation activities often working cross-functionally with various department to ensure quality is met using a risk-based approach.
