Your primary role is to promote, demonstrate, and sell complex technical goods or services (e.g., software, industrial equipment) to business clients by bridging the gap between customer needs and low-code digital solutions. You combine technical expertise, pharma domain understanding, and strong communication skills to deliver compelling demos, solution designs, and technical guidance throughout the sales cycle.<\/p>\r\n<p>You understand both the software (LIMS, eQMS, MES, DMS) and pharma workflows. You translate customer pain points into product demonstrations that resonate. Critical for closing deals in regulated industries.<\/p>\r\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer pain points, workflows, and compliance requirements (GMP, GAMP, FDA, WHO, EU Annex 11).<\/li>\r\n<li>Deliver tailored product demonstrations for Biopharma Solutions (LIMS, eQMS, MES, DMS, EMS, eLogbook, LMS, etc.).<\/li>\r\n<li>Prepare solution proposals, functional specifications, and technical documentation.<\/li>\r\n<li>Support RFP\/RFI responses with accurate technical and functional details.<\/li>\r\n<li>Map customer requirements to our low-code platform capabilities.<\/li>\r\n<li>Design high-level solution architectures, workflows, and module configurations.<\/li>\r\n<li>Recommend best-practice digitalization approaches for pharma and biotech clients.<\/li>\r\n<li>Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure smooth handover after deal closure.<\/li>\r\n<li>Work closely with Business Development Managers to strategize on opportunities.<\/li>\r\n<li>Participate in client meetings, workshops, and technical discussions.<\/li>\r\n<li>Provide technical justification that supports pricing, scope, and timelines.<\/li>\r\n<li>Conduct product training sessions for prospects and internal teams.<\/li>\r\n<li>Stay updated on AmpleLogic product updates, new modules, and industry trends.<\/li>\r\n<li>Understand integrations (ERP, LIMS, QMS, MES, SCADA, IoT devices).<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Education<\/h2>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Computer Science, or related field.<\/li>\r\n<li>Bilingual: French and English<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h2><!-- \/wp:post-content -->\u00a0Technical Skills<\/h2>\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Must have at least 0-2 yrs of cGMP experience and technical expertise in Low-Code Application<\/li>\r\n<li>Strong understanding of enterprise software (LIMS, QMS, MES, DMS, EMS).<\/li>\r\n<li>Ability to design workflows, forms, dashboards, and data models.<\/li>\r\n<li>Familiarity with low-code\/no-code code platforms (experience with AmpleLogic is a plus).<\/li>\r\n<li>Understanding of CSV (Computer System Validation) concepts.<\/li>\r\n<li>Knowledge of pharma manufacturing, quality systems, lab operations, or regulatory compliance.<\/li>\r\n<li>Experience with GMP, GAMP 5, 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11 is highly desirable.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<!-- wp:heading -->\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Soft Skills<\/h2>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills.<\/li>\r\n<li>Comfortable interacting with CXOs, QA heads, IT managers, and plant teams.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph -->An ideal candidate is a hybrid professional who understands both technology and pharmaceutical operations.
