Mivado GlobalPerformance’s Kossi Molley has been appointed to ISPE Canada President and Chair of the Board for 2023-2024
Levis, QC, Canada, February 17, 2023 – Kossi Molley, Mivado GlobalPerformance’s Senior Manager of Manufacturing Excellence, has been appointed to ISPE Canada Affiliate President and Chair of the Board for 2023-2024. Kossi is a visionary and respected leader in the Biopharmatical Inductry in Canada.He serves as an ambassador for ISPE Canada Affiliate in order to grow the membership as well as lead and promote initiatives including but not limited to Canadian local and national events e.g., Annual Education and Product Symposium.
ISPE Canada Affiliate is the leading industry association supporting Canadian pharma and biopharma manufacturing communities. The 500 Canadian members are part of a global community of 18,000 members from more than 90 countries. The Canada Affiliate and its global peers collaborate to drive innovation and lead conversations, offer new ways to serve the industry and its members, and advance solutions that improve patient health.
Kossi Molley is currently Managing Consultant for Mivado GlobalPerformance located in Levis (QC). Kossi has over 23 years of experience in R&D, QMS, manufacturing process, CQV, CSV-CSA and Process/Continuous improvement, holding Validation, Compliance and CSV positions in 2002. In 2007, he worked as Quality and Validation Director in 2008; Quality Director in 2014 and then as Validation Program Manager and CSV Lead from 2017 to 2020. Kossi has been served as Member of the Board of Directors of the ‘’Association des chimistes et des biochimistes du Québec’’ for 7 years and he has been an ISPE Member since 2004, was ISPE Canada Affiliate Board Member from 2018-2020 and Vice President 2021-2022.
Kossi is certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and hold a master’s degree in biology. He also holds a chemical process engineering degree and is a member of the ‘’Ordre des chimistes du Québec’’.
